Warranty Policy

Coverage

SunRay warrants products free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from purchase (max 30 months from manufacture). We will repair or replace defective products at no cost.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in pump motor
• Material and workmanship defects
• Controller and electronics under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Improper installation or misuse
• Acts of God (lightning, floods)
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized disassembly (voids warranty)
• Operating without SunRay controller

Registration

Register with your pump and controller serial numbers plus proof of purchase. A SunRay controller must be installed to validate warranty.

Solar Panels

Panels carry their own manufacturer warranty (typically 25 years power output, 10-12 years materials).
